At Rivendell Bicycle Works, we want you to be satisfied with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed bicycle parts, custom wheel builds, and used framesets are not eligible for return.

Ensure your item is in brand-new, uninstalled condition and was purchased within the last 30 days.
Pack Your Gear
Securely package the item with all original tags and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.
Ship to Walnut Creek
Mail your package using a trackable shipping method to our headquarters in Walnut Creek, California; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing & Refund
Once our workshop team inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the initial shipping costs.
