Lower part of rack mounts to the upper dropout eyelets on your fork. If your fork doesn't have middle leg braze-ons then you'll need a couple band clamps. Distance between drop out eyelet and mid fork blade braze-on needs to be between 195mm - 235mm.
Yes, this rack will work for newer 700c Hunqapillars. And 26" and 650B bikes.
